Resize a signature for IBPS

Resize your signature for an IBPS application: JPG, 140 × 60 pixels, between 10 and 20 KB. Nothing is cropped off and nothing is uploaded.

Last updated

IBPS asks for a signature as a JPG of 140 × 60 pixels, between 10 and 20 KB. At 140 pixels wide a clean signature almost never reaches 10 KB on its own, which is the usual reason this upload fails. This page fits your signature into the shape and brings the file inside the range.

How it should look

Sign on white paper with a black ink pen, not in capital letters, and the same way you will sign at the exam: the two have to match.

Why 140 pixels needs care

There is not much room at that size, so a signature that sits small in a big photo turns to a blur. Crop tight around the ink before adding it here. Your signature is placed on white and nothing is cut off.

Where these numbers come from

Checked in October 2026. Rules change with each notification, so the form or notice in front of you always wins.

Questions

What is the IBPS signature size?

JPG or JPEG, 140 × 60 pixels (preferred), 10 to 20 KB.

My signature comes out under 10 KB. Is that a problem?

The portal would refuse it, so this page adds blank metadata to bring the file up to the floor. The picture does not change.
