Resize a signature for UPSC

Get your UPSC signature inside the range: one JPG between 20 and 100 KB, with your signature three times. Free, and nothing is uploaded.

Last updated

The UPSC signature is unlike any other form's: you sign three times, one below the other, in black ink on plain white paper, and upload all three as a single image. For the 2026 Civil Services application that is a JPG between 20 and 100 KB, at 350 to 500 pixels.

Getting the three signatures right

Sign three times on one sheet, one under the other, with clear space between them, then photograph or scan the sheet and crop to the signatures. A single signature is the mistake to avoid here.

About the 350 to 500 pixels

The figure does not say which side it applies to. Make the image no larger than 500 pixels on its longest side with Resize Image first, then bring it here for the file size.

Where these numbers come from

Checked in October 2026. Rules change with each notification, so the form or notice in front of you always wins.
